Hoop Crew, LLC - GENERAL REFUND POLICY
Any refund inquiry for a Hoop Crew camp, clinic, tournament, league or AAU program is NOT granted - whether full or prorated - after 25% of the week, season and/or event has taken place.
Hoop Crew, LLC - 2021 Spring AAU COVID-19 REFUND POLICY
- If a participating athlete is a member of the HCBC Havoc program for 3 weeks (25% of the 12-week scheduled season), NO refund will be granted, whether full or prorated, if requested.
- Deadline to withdraw from the 2021 HCBC Havoc Spring AAU program (eligible for full refund) - Tuesday, March 16th, 2021
- Deadline to withdraw from the 2021 HCBC Havoc Spring AAU program (eligible for prorated refund) - Thursday, April 8th, 2021
- Any participating athlete that choose to withdraw from the 2021 HCBC Havoc Spring AAU program past the above 4/8/21 date, is NOT eligible for a refund, whether full or prorated, if requested.
- If AAU is cancelled at any point during the 12-week season, prorated refunds will be NOT be granted, BUT will be credited to the 2021 Fall AAU Season or the 2022 Spring AAU Season.
